Search does not require an account. Saved items, installation preference and privacy choice are stored locally in your browser. Hosting logs may contain the IP address, date, time, requested page, server response, browser and user agent. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Purposes and legal bases
Operating and securing the service, preventing abuse and diagnosing errors rely on the publisher’s legitimate interest in providing a reliable website. Messages are processed to answer your request. Google Analytics 4 audience measurement relies exclusively on your prior consent.
Audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads only after a positive choice. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Measurement information may include viewed pages, interactions, technical device characteristics and an approximate geographic area. Declining does not disable any site feature.
Retention
The privacy choice is stored for 180 days unless withdrawn earlier. Audience-measurement cookies are limited to thirteen months. GA4 event data is retained for fourteen months. Local saved items remain until removed in the browser. Technical logs and messages are retained only as long as needed for security, answering the request and applicable legal duties.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to the publisher, OVHcloud for hosting and, only after consent, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics 4. Google may involve entities outside the European Economic Area under the transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in its privacy documentation.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@filterence.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
Manage your choice
Accept and Decline are presented at the same level on the first visit. The Privacy preferences link at the bottom of every page reopens the settings so you can change your decision.
